We know having time off to relax is important, so at the Russell Group you will start on 28 days annual leave (this includes 4 bank holidays to be taken over the Christmas and New Year Period) which will rise by one day per year after 5 years' service, to a maximum of 33 days after 9 years' service.

Please note that holiday entitlement is pro rata’d if you work less than 5 days per week.
