Making a Difference Through Our AquAid Partnership

Here at John G Russell (Transport) Limited, we recognise that keeping our team hydrated helps them perform at their very best throughout the working day.

Our relationship with AquAid also gives us the opportunity to help those less fortunate than ourselves, as every purchase made contributes an automatic donation to The Africa Trust.

These funds are used to build ‘Elephant Pumps’, a modified version of an age-old Chinese rope pulley system. One such pump is currently being installed in Africa on our behalf and will provide a much-needed source of clean, fresh drinking water for many people.

Our organisation's name will be proudly displayed on our pump, and we look forward to sharing a photo and letter of thanks from the villagers in the near future.

To date, AquAid has built more than 10,000 Elephant Pumps across parts of Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe, and has donated in excess of £24 million to charity.
