Holly Fleming Announced as Judge for Scottish Women in Business Awards 2026

Russell Group is proud to announce that Holly Fleming, Operations Manager at Russell Railroad, has been announced as a judge for the 2026 Scottish Women in Business Awards.

The chance comes as Russell Group returns for a second consecutive year as sponsor of the Champion of Women Award, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to recognising and celebrating those who champion the progression, success and empowerment of women in business.

With extensive experience in rail freight terminal logistics, safety compliance and operational leadership, Holly has built a career centred on delivering operational excellence while leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Her collaborative approach, combined with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, has made her a respected leader within the industry. Alongside her operational expertise, Holly is passionate about equality, inclusion and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
