Our Midtown Engineering Workshop have been awarded accreditation by IRTE, the best practice audit of workshop standards. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering high levels of service at all times.
The process involved an independent review of the procedures and practices in place by one of SOE’s approved auditors. This highlights best practice compliance in areas such as premises, equipment, technical staff, documentation, management and quality of appearance.
An IRTE Workshop Accreditation is valid for 3 years before renewal. Russell Engineering offer 3rd party maintenance and repair services to DVSA standards across our three workshops in Scotland, based in Glasgow, Coatbridge and Alloa (Midtown). Alongside this, mobile maintenance and break down services are also available
