This #EmployeeAppreciationDay, we're saying thank you to every member of our team at Russell Group from those on the road to those in our warehouses and offices.
To celebrate, several members of the team have nominated colleagues they think deserve a special shout out.
Claire nominated Jane Harnes saying:
"After 27 years in the Motor trade I was made redundant, having been there since I left school. Deciding to try something completely different I joined the Russell group in June 2021. Knowing nothing about the Transport and Logistics trade I felt overwhelmed and vulnerable. I started in job input and moved over to the invoicing side after around 6 months. Janice has been training me on the invoicing and has been ever so patient with me from day 1, nothing is ever a bother. The knowledge I now have has made me more confident in my role and is down to the training and continued support from her. Thank you Janice"
Claire wasn't the only one to show her appreciation, Markus, Cameron, and James nominated Frank from warehouse K for a shout out to say thank you for his wisdom and work ethic over his 12 year reign!
