Location: Glasgow (On-site training required; hybrid working available thereafter)
Working Hours: 16 hours/week (Sunday & Monday, 8-hour shifts)
Contract Type: Fixed-term, 12 months
Salary: £13–£16 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Reporting Administrator to support our Finance, IT, Operations, and Customer Service teams. This part-time role involves running weekly reports from our Warehouse Management System (WMS), processing and analysing the data in Excel, and distributing the final outputs to relevant departments.
The successful candidate will be required to complete initial on-site training but can work remotely thereafter on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational data by running and processing key reports from the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
· Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Excel and reporting tools (formulas, macros, and summaries) to support invoicing, performance tracking, and operational decisions.
· Maintain structured reporting files and naming conventions to ensure easy access, version control, and data integrity.
· Distribute relevant performance and financial reports to senior stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs.
· Uphold internal reporting standards by following a quality assurance checklist and maintaining high levels of data confidentiality.
· Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and Customer Service teams to support continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and output relevance.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
· - PivotTables
· - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
· - Conditional formatting
· - Macros (basic creation and running)
· Familiarity with file organisation and naming conventions.
· Experience working with data exports from a WMS or similar system (desirable).
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and meet set deadlines.
· Good communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders.
Pay Rate:
Based on similar administrative and reporting roles in Glasgow:
- £13–£16 per hour (dependent on experience and Excel proficiency).
- Equivalent to £10,800 – £13,300 per annum for the 16 hours/week over 12 months.
Additional Information:
· Initial training will be conducted on-site in Glasgow.
· Hybrid working available once training is complete.
· All necessary tools and access will be provided.
