With four workshops across Scotland and a mobile maintenance and break down service, The Russell Group offers the highest quality maintenance and repair services to third party vehicles meeting VOSA requirements at all times.  The varied nature of the Group means that the team of engineers are experienced in the repair of a wide variety of vehicles makes, box vans, curtain sided and skeletal trailers, tankers and all ancillary materials.

To add to this, Russell are due to open a new VOSA test station this December at our Glasgow Springburn facility on the Petershill Road. This has been driven by the increased demand for these services due to the impending closure of the Bishopbriggs VOSA test station.

In addition to vehicle maintenance the group has fabrication facilities where it can build, refurbish and modify trailers and tankers at out site on Petershill Road, Glasgow, Springburn. This grew out of the acquisition of the Fruehauf van line in 2005, The Russell Group has further invested in equipment and training, now utilising cranes, heavy presses, guillotines and gantries in order to manufacture bespoke units, carry out repairs and modifications on older trailers and tankers so as to meet the changing demands of the customer. The skilled and experienced team of engineers can work in mild and stainless steel, aluminium and GRP, and have the ability to fit specialist equipment to tractors and trailers.
